1. Return Policy
Customers may request a return under the following conditions:
- Unopened & unused products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be brand new, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Return requests must be raised within the applicable timelines mentioned below.
2. Defective Product Policy
- If a manufacturing defect is identified, the product may be replaced or refunded.
- Defective product issues must be reported within 3–4 days of delivery.
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be requested within the same period.
- Once approved, the amount will be credited within 10–12 working days or the product will be exchanged after inspection.
3. Refund Policy
a) Refund Eligibility
- Full refund will be issued if the issue is confirmed to be from our end (manufacturing or shipping error).
- If the return is not due to our fault, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted.
b) Refund Processing Time
- Complaint confirmation: 2–3 working days
- Refund processing: Up to 10–12 working days (generally within a week)
c) Shipping Charges
- If the issue occurs from the customer's end, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is from our side.
4. Replacement & Exchange Policy
- Replacement will be provided in case of:
- Shipping damage
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect product delivered
- If a customer wishes to exchange the product for another item, a credit note will be issued which can be used for exchange purchases.
5. Conditions for Return & Exchange
- All returned products must be in original condition, including:
- Original packaging
- Accessories
- Manuals and invoices
- Fazter Private Limited reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests if the product does not meet these conditions.
6. Broken / Damaged / Defective Products
- Any damaged or defective product must be reported within 3–4 days of delivery.
- Customers must provide clear photos or videos as proof of damage.
- Upon verification, the product will be replaced or refunded, as applicable.
7. Restocking Fee
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted if:
- The defect or damage is not from the supplier's or manufacturer's end
- The return is initiated for reasons unrelated to product quality
8. Shipping & Return Labels
- Customers must contact us before sending any product back.
- Return shipping costs are generally borne by the buyer.
- In certain cases, Fazter Private Limited may provide a return shipping label at its discretion.
9. Types of Returns
a) Unwanted Product
- 100% refund of product cost only if the issue is verified as our fault.
b) Returned to Sender
- Product cost will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.
c) Lost in Transit
- A claim will be raised with the logistics partner.
- If the item is delivered later, the claim will be closed.
- If insured and approved by the carrier, a full refund will be issued.
d) Defective Product
- Eligible for replacement or full refund.
- Must be reported within 3–4 days of delivery.
- Verification completed within 2–3 business days.
e) Damaged Product
- Must be reported within 3–4 days.
- Damage claim will be raised with the courier partner.
- Refund will be processed after claim approval.
f) Missing Parts
- Missing parts will be shipped separately in most cases.
g) Not as Described
- If the delivered product differs from what was ordered, a refund will be issued after inspection.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Software products
- Cloud-based services
- Digital or non-physical products
